RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for purchases made in-store unless the item is faulty. 

If your garment is faulty we will provide you with an exchange or store credit.

ONLINE PURCHASES 

When shopping online with us at Pearls and Roses we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

SALE ITEM PURCHASES

We DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for any sale item purchased online or in-store.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or store credits for Gift Voucher. 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Timeline:

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. We will require proof of purchase to process your return or exchange.

Process:

To initiate a return contact us via email at: hello@pearlsandroses.com.au with the subject title - "Return" with your order number, your name and the reason for the return. Our team will respond to your email within 3 business days to arrange your return.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), if the items meet our Return Policy, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide an exchange for another item of equal value. Please note that shipping costs are at the buyers expense. Please use tracking with your return. We do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If your garment arrives faulty, please let us know immediately and we will be able to offer you an exchange for the same garment or something similar. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size please contact the store.
